Other Government Agencies, normally refers to requirements of those agencies for the entry of merchandise into the United States. OGA most often includes any and all combinations of FDA (Food and Drug Administration), USDA (United States Department of Agriculture), DOT (Department of Transportation). FWS (U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service) none of which are mutually exclusive and all may apply to one shipment/entry.
